This group will focus on issues surrounding children transitioning out of the school system and into housing, employment, recreational programming, etc..

We will meet in room #4 of the Special Olympics Center where we house our office. It’s located at 160- 68th Street SW, Grand Rapids, between US131 and Division, on the south side of the street.

Park in the EAST lot and enter under the BLUE triangular roof, and head down the hall to room #4.
